I just wanted to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the course last week. I found it extremely useful, learned new skills, and I am fully energised towards gaining my ML(W). I would also like to reinforce my comments made to you in my individual debrief regarding the course overall. Despite the fact that you couldn’t be there at the start, nothing was lost in terms of learning or process. Lou was not only very knowledgeable and I am sure followed your training plan impeccably, but her ability to motivate, enthuse and coach was inspirational, given her relative age. She confirms my belief that ‘advanced’ age (like mine) doesn’t always guarantee ability!

She is an asset to your business, and between you, I think you have a formidable formula. As someone who has spent a lifetime working in blue chip organisations as a senior director, I appreciate the professionalism, enthusiasm, knowledge, and friendly approach to the entire week, please pass on my thanks to Lou.
